Rebecca takes pride in calling BELS her own. She makes it a point to be present in each centre on a weekly basis, to meet clients and learn more about how BELS can meet their needs better. In her free time she enjoys diving, reading, travelling and most of all spending time with her family.

Isabella, our Director of Sales, is in charge of maintaining agent relationships & introducing new clients to our schools. Isabella also oversees our booking procedures and staff. Something Isabella really passionate about is travelling, whether it is for business or pleasure. She is her son’s biggest football fan and loves shopping too!

Ryan Grech

Ryan, has recently moved back to his home island, Gozo after having lived and worked on Malta for 15 years. In other words, he decided to come home. Ryan has extensive experience in administrative and leisure roles and loves utilising his expertise in his role at BELS GOZO. In his free time, he enjoys swimming, and hanging out at the ‘pjazza’ with a beer.

Pauline was born in Canada and returned back to her home country with her family in her childhood. She also spent some time living in New York, where she met her husband and moved back to Gozo for a second time 8 years go. She joined the BELS team after teaching in a primary state school for some years.

Paulina has lived in several countries around the world before settling in Malta. One of her hobbies is learning new languages and also likes to meet people from different cultures. Being a mother of 3 children she may not have much free time, but loves to travel, go diving and read books when possible.

Andrea joined our BELS Malta language school as a teacher and after some time also became part of our online sales and marketing team. Working at an English school combines her love for the language, culture and travel. Valentina was born in Italy and after graduating in economics and a short period of study abroad, she moved to Gozo in 2014. She fell in love with the island of Gozo and everything that this small island has to offer: hiking, climbing, water sports! She is always on the go. With her strong passion for marketing and especially everything related to digital marketing, Valentina joined the team in August 2019.

Michaela has been working as part of the BELS Juniors team for the past 3 years and recently also joined the administrative team, where she takes pleasure in welcoming our students and supporting them throughout their stay. During her free time, she volunteers at a local youth centre, organising activities and debates. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading and taking care of her dogs, enjoying frequent walks in the countryside.

BELS English language school teaching English to students in Malta

BELS hand picks its trainers and ensures that they are in possession of internationally recognised qualifications in TEFL, as well as being highly experienced speakers of the English language. Teachers are encouraged to design lessons that target learners’ needs, using supplementary material whenever appropriate. The schools’ teaching facilities include audio/ visual equipment, interactive white-boards and a library.
