- Target Group: Companies that wish to hold sessions for their employees. These can be local or foreign workers, TCNs.
A CPD Award accredited with 5 ECTS credits (MQF Level 5) by the Malta Further & Higher Education Authority (MFHEA) in Business Communications will be presented to delegates who successfully attend all modules and obtain a minimum pass in the relative assessment.
The course will be assessed by a 1000 word written assignment and a 15 minute presentation.

Our English for HR course is designed to develop the communicative performance of human resources professionals in their dealings with new recruits, team members, managers, and clients.
At the end of the module/unit the learner will have acquired the following;
Competences:
- Explore the role of human resources (HR) from administrative and compliance to strategy and business growth.
- Discover ways to recruit new employees from job analysis to writing interview questions and job postings.
- Develop ways to build better relationships with staff and between employees
Knowledge:
- Useful phrases to be used in HR practices
- Key language and structures to be used at the workplace
- Different training approaches
Skills:
- Establish training techniques to prepare new employees
- Express themselves in a direct, yet polite manner
- List effective tactics to build employee relationships
- Develop approaches to deal with difficult scenarios
